We only ship within the United States
Many of our pieces are Made to Order and all these orders are started soon after payments are processed. General processing time for Made to Order items can be 1-4 business days prior to shipping.
Our schedule is dependent on our daily orders and at times there are unexpected delays, but we work very hard to get our orders out to you in a timely manner.
We do our best to keep you updated during the order process. We generally respond timely to all our inquiries. Feel free to inquire on you order any time!
If your item is damaged during shipment or if you have any problems with your order please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery to receive proper instructions.
Save the packaging and take photos of the damage. When returning an item, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot be liable for any merchandise that does not make it back to us or if we are not able to confirm proof of return with a tracking receipt.
Returns & exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is a NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL “MADE TO ORDER” ITEMS.
As many of our items are made to order. It is our goal to make sure that every item meets your expectations. We know that sometimes that may not happen, so please reach out to us and let us know if you have any issues or concerns about your purchase. We will do our best to try and make sure we come to a resolution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, if the return is deemed as “Buyer’s remorse”.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund only if it the product was deemed to have been damaged during the initial shipment to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your return and the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please note that often there is some processing time before your credit card company offically posts your credit.

Please know that with various wood materials there are sometimes small and sometimes large imperfections - we call it character. All our pieces have character and we feel that those types of elements can be part of the uniqueness in many of the styles we offer. If you are concerned about splits, cracks, chipping, peeling and a well-worn looked - then it’s very possible some of our pieces may not be for you.
